The Portfolio Performance Policy sets our joint ESG & financial targets and the outline for individual smart building strategies and property performance strategies.

Our Portfolio Performance Managers support our clients in optimizing their portfolios, by analyzing building performance and providing additional analysis at portfolio level. We benchmark the performance of buildings against the rest of our clients own portfolio, against agreed KPI’s and professional certifications such as Wired- and Smartscore, Breeam, Leed and Well. We work on getting buildings Paris Proof and report on the basis of the GRESB standard, all in order to turn our buildings into High Performance Buildings.
