We support occupiers, facility managers, investors & property managers by handling all building related operational technical works and services.
Where our Smart Building Operations Control Center handles the day-to-day operations, our Operation Managers take care of long-term maintenance planning and execution. In line with the overall Portfolio Performance Policy agreed with our client and based on NEN2767 surveys, we set a Property Performance Strategy, which forms the multi-year guideline for improving the building quality. With a sharp eye on the owner or user's ESG strategy, we implement the necessary building & installations improvements, increasing scores and ratings of the various types of building certificates, all while reducing costs.
